Service Charge Policy – CADCAM & IOS Division

Effective from 16th March 2026

BestDentalDeals / Unicorn DenMart would like to inform all customers and dealers about an important update regarding service charges for the CADCAM and IOS Division. This policy applies to all relevant products and service requests registered with our customer care team.

Service Policy Guidelines

• Service charges once paid will remain valid for one month for repeat complaints of the same nature.

• For important customers, service charges may be covered through Service Coupons. This must be clearly informed in advance during complaint registration with the Customer Care team and the ASI.

• No online service charges will be applicable for license renewals of any type.

• These service charges will apply to all products under the CADCAM division, including all IOS models.

• The updated service charge policy will be effective from 16th March 2026.

Service Charge Categories

1. Local Service (Within 80 km from Engineer Base Location)

• Online Service Charges: ₹1,000 (All Inclusive)

• Onsite Service Charges: ₹3,500 + 18% GST

2. Outstation Service (Beyond 80 km from Engineer Base Location)

• Online Service Charges: ₹1,000 (All Inclusive)

• Onsite Service Charges: ₹7,500 + 18% GST
