For Users on TRIOS-Only Subscription (Post-Warranty): If a customer is no longer under warranty and has switched to the TRIOS-only subscription, then: Their available cloud storage is reduced to 10GB. Additionally, once the 10GB limit is approached or exceeded, the system will automatically start deleting older scan files to make room for new data. This means that users risk losing access to older scan records, as the system retains only the most recent data within the 10GB cap.
